Ancestral Dinner | A Culinary Journey Through Baja’s Heritage

The Ancestral Dinner is an immersive journey into the history and flavors of Baja California Sur, where fire, local ingredients, and the techniques of the first colonizers come together to create a unique experience.

Guided by Chef Jorge de la Rosa and Joshep, a spiritual guide from the Oasis project, the ceremony will begin with a cacao hand wash, an ancestral tradition symbolizing purification. From there, attendees will embark on a culinary and sensory journey, where each dish and cocktail tells a story—rooted in the traditions of the land, sea, and people who shaped Baja’s cultural identity. The event combines storytelling, sensory exploration, and shared connection in an intimate, reflective setting.
