6-Day Restorative Experience at Hidden Leaf Baja
📍 Todos Santos, BCS, Mexico | 🗓️ March 5-10, 2026
Immerse yourself in a transformative 5-night retreat designed to reconnect you with your feminine essence through art, meditation, movement, and sacred rituals.
“The Blooming Woman: A Deep Dive into Feminine Sexuality & Creative Flow” is an invitation to explore your inner world, awaken your creative power, and embrace the wisdom of your yoni as a source of intuition and energy.
This retreat is for women seeking a deeper understanding of their sexual energy—not through sexuality itself, but by honouring the feminine life force that fuels creativity, self-expression, and personal empowerment. Through guided meditations, expressive art, sound healing, and embodiment practices, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and liberation.
Day 1 | Arrival & Sacred Opening
Guests arrive and settle in with welcome tea and a grounding meditation. The retreat begins with an opening circle to set collective intentions and create a sacred container for the journey ahead.
Day 2 | Awakening the Feminine Body
A day of deep embodiment begins with silent walking meditation and breathwork, followed by yoga and expressive movement. Guests explore the womb as a center of power through art, sound, and group dialogue, ending the evening in reflection and rest.
Day 3 | The Power of the Yoni
Through ritual, sculpture, sound, and storytelling, guests deepen their connection to the yoni as a sacred source of energy and wisdom. The day closes with a powerful fire ceremony to release shame and reclaim feminine sovereignty.
Day 4 | Releasing & Reclaiming
Somatic practices guide participants through emotional release and reconnection. From dance therapy to self-love rituals and trust-building exercises, the focus is on healing, integration, and authentic expression.
Day 5 | Integration & Embodiment
Guests reflect, create, and celebrate. Writing, collective art, and a closing sound healing session prepare participants to carry their transformation forward, culminating in a joyful celebration of self and sisterhood.
Day 6 | Departure & Transition
The retreat closes with a final breakfast and gratitude meditation, supporting a gentle transition back into the world with renewed intention and embodied presence.

Mother and daughter walking together on the path of song — honoring the medicine of water and the voice as a sacred tool for healing and connection.
Through their Voice Circles, ceremonies, and workshops, Yayä & Andy create spaces of deep presence, where sound becomes a bridge between the body, the heart, and ancestral memory.
Their work honors the elements, especially water, as a source of life, wisdom, and creative power. Through the vibration of the voice, they invite women to recognize the womb as a sacred space of intuition, creation, and ancestral feminine memory — remembering that when we harmonize our voice, we also harmonize the inner waters that dwell within us.
They have shared their medicine in retreats and gatherings across many lands, weaving a living offering that invites us to remember the voice as prayer, as liberation, and as an act of love.

At 40, Hazel brings the depth of lived experience and the warmth of a woman who has truly walked the path. With over 20 years as a professional chef, she has long practiced the art of nourishment—not only through food, but through presence, intuition, and care. Though not formally trained as a facilitator, Hazel is a natural guide whose grounded energy invites openness and connection.
Rooted in an African culture rich in women’s traditions and holistic well-being, Hazel carries the legacy of gathering women in sacred space. Her journey through motherhood, evolving relationships, and shifting identity has shaped her into the host she is today—one who understands what it means to begin again, listen deeply, and create space for others to do the same.
This retreat is Hazel’s heartfelt invitation to women in transition—a sanctuary for reflection, healing, and rediscovery. It honors the wisdom within us all and the courage to walk together with grace.

Oceane Isla is a French artist from Réunion Island, currently living in Puerto Escondido, Mexico. A graduate of the Fine Arts School in Toulouse (NBAT), France, she moved to Mexico that same year and soon discovered muralism. Painting walls became her way to explore, connect, and engage with local communities through social and creative projects.
Her art centers on the female body and its place in contemporary society. In response to the sexism she has witnessed in Mexico, Oceane paints women and bodies on walls—reclaiming and freeing the feminine form from limiting narratives.
Oceane Isla is honored to host this retreat at Hidden Leaf Baja, bringing her passion for creative expression, body awareness, and community into a transformative shared experience.
