Mat Pilates & Strength Training is a curated mix of traditional mat pilates, functional strength work, and mindful movement. Using your own body weight, light dumbbells, and resistance bands, this practice strengthens your core, improves mobility, and builds long-term vitality.

Each session weaves in breath awareness and mindful cues to help you connect deeply with your body. The focus is not burnout — but sustainable strength, alignment, and empowerment you can carry into everyday life.

Beatrice is a Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor whose teaching style is mindful, approachable, and deeply effective. She first discovered Pilates while traveling and searching for a practice that supported both her mind and body — and found a method that strengthened, centered, and transformed her from the inside out.

With eight years of personal practice, two years of teaching experience, and a background in gymnastics and coaching, Bea blends classical mat pilates with strength-based movement. Her approach is accessible, empowering, and designed to meet students in every season of life — including her own journey teaching through pregnancy and returning postpartum with resilience and grace.

Beyond Pilates, Beatrice also guides restorative practices like Yoga Nidra, which deeply influence her philosophy of mindful, sustainable movement and nervous-system care.
