What Is Integrative Body Training?

Integrative Body Training is a 90-minute practice that combines aquatic movement with guided breathwork to support deep physical and emotional healing. Moving in water allows the body’s major joints to realign, tension to release, and posture to restore naturally.

Ideal for guests with chronic pain, limited mobility, high stress, or the desire for a more intuitive relationship with their bodies.
