Flexible Payment Options for Retreat Leaders

Make Your Retreat a Reality — Without the Financial Strain

We understand that upfront costs can be a major barrier to hosting your dream retreat. That’s why Hidden Leaf Baja now offers flexible payment plans to make our space more accessible—especially for emerging facilitators and underrepresented communities.

Reserving Your Dates

To reserve your retreat dates at Hidden Leaf Baja, our standard practice is a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 60 days before check-in.

We understand that every facilitator’s situation is different, which is why we also offer a flexible payment option to lock in your dates without the full deposit upfront. This way, you can move forward with confidence knowing your retreat is reserved, while keeping payments manageable on your timeline.

Start with a Low Deposit

To make booking more accessible, we’ve lowered the upfront cost. Secure your dates with a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit, then pay the remainder in simple, monthly installments designed to support your success.

How It Works

  • Choose your retreat package (4, 5 nights, or more)
  • Decide whether to include Retreat Support (10% of accommodations total)
  • Pay a $1,000 deposit to reserve your dates
  • Spread your remaining balance over 4 months with 10% simple interest
  • Final payment is due no later than 60 days before check-in

You’ll receive a custom payment schedule and automated monthly billing through our secure platform.

Testimonial

“As a first-time facilitator, this payment plan was a game-changer. I wouldn’t have been able to move forward without it. Katia and the Hidden Leaf team made the process smooth, transparent, and supportive from start to finish.”

Designed to Reduce Barriers

We understand that the biggest hurdle to hosting a retreat can be the upfront venue cost. This plan gives you breathing room—so you can focus on what really matters: crafting a powerful, aligned experience for your community.
