What’s Included in My Retreat Package?
- Included: Accommodations for the retreat duration, daily meals and beverages, scheduled group activities (e.g., yoga, meditation, workshops), and use of retreat facilities (pool, communal areas, etc.).
- Not Included: Round-trip airfare, personal or medical insurance, travel insurance (highly recommended), tips and gratuities, and optional services (e.g., excursions, spa treatments).
How Can I Make Payments at the Retreat?
Payments for items such as treatments, taxis, or transfers at the retreat can be made via debit or credit card, PayPal, or in Pesos or USD.
What Is the Cancellation Policy?
Due to contractual agreements with our vendors, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds are provided. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Do I Need to Rent a Car?
It is highly recommended to rent a car if you choose not to use the arranged transportation provided from the airport. There are no taxis, Ubers, or public transportation options in our area.

- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
Is the Property Wheelchair Accessible?
While our property is mostly flat, it has elevation changes, step-ups, and paths made of gravel or sand, which may be challenging for wheelchair users.
Is There Filtered Drinking Water Available?
Yes, filtered water is available in the main house and casita. However, the water in the dome bathrooms is not filtered.
How Far Is the Property from Pescadero and Cerritos?
The property is about a 15-minute drive from Pescadero and approximately 30 minutes from Cerritos Beach.
Can I Swim in the Ocean?
Yes! For swimming, we recommend Cerritos Beach, located about a 30-minute drive south along Highway 19 at KM 64. This beach has restaurants and beach equipment rentals.
How Far Is the Nearest Surf Spot?
- Cerritos Beach (suitable for all levels): 30-minute drive south of town off Highway 19.
- San Pedrito Beach (for experienced surfers): 15-minute drive.
Is the Pool Heated?
Yes, our pool can be heated.
What Activities Are Available at Hidden Leaf Baja?
We offer a variety of activities during retreats, including yoga, meditation, workshops, and personalized wellness sessions.
Is There a Restaurant or Bar on Site?
No, there are no restaurants or bars on the premises.
Is This Property Kid-Friendly?
No, guests must be 18 years or older.
Is This Property Pet-Friendly?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
What Are the Noise Level Policies?
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, loud behavior or music is not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Do You Offer WiFi?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the property.
What Airport Should I Fly Into to Get to Hidden Leaf Baja?
Please book your flights to and from Los Cabos Airport (SJD – San José del Cabo International Airport).
How Do I Get to Hidden Leaf Baja From the Airport?
Provide us with your flight details in advance so we can arrange transportation from the airport to the retreat center.
What Is the Refund Policy?
No refunds or discounts are offered for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illnesses. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Is Travel Insurance Required?
While not required, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen events. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you assume 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or interruption.
