Join Hidden Leaf Baja and somatic and ceremonial practitioner Sara Cadeau for a powerful Women’s Circle Full Moon Teaching. Inspired by the rich traditions of ancestral women’s wisdom—a celebration of connection, healing, and empowerment that has spanned generations—this intimate event will take place on December 13th at 5:00 PM

Through Sara’s guidance, participants will experience somatic practices, traditional songs, and rituals that deepen the connection to self and the healing power of community. This women’s circle will include a full moon teaching, focusing on how lunar cycles can support inner growth and transformation. Together, we will honor the moon’s energy, an age-old symbol of femininity, intuition, and renewal, within a safe, supportive space.

🌕 What to Bring: Please bring a journal, rattle, or drum, if available.

During this time, we reflect on:

• The interplay between fullness and brightness and the inevitable return of waning light and shadow.
• Lessons from the timeless cycles of the “grandmother moon” and “grandfather sun.”
• The gifts that emerge from periods of personal challenge and darkness, where growth often takes root unseen.

• Smudging and cleansing rituals with sacred medicines and fans
• Breathwork and body scans to ground and center
• Writing prompts for reflection
• Charcuterie, homemade preserves, and herbal tea served

This is a trauma-informed sharing circle designed to build trust and safety. To honor everyone’s healing process, we observe the following agreements:

• Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays within the circle.
• Respectful Sharing: No cross-talk unless explicitly invited.
• Boundaries: Avoid graphic details of personal challenges, as we are all at different stages of healing. Sara is available for private debriefs, drawing on 20 years of experience working with women.
