Local Experiences & Workshops Terms & Cancellation Policy

At Hidden Leaf Baja, we offer a variety of local events & workshops & wellness-focused experiences, each designed to foster community, healing, and personal growth.

This policy applies to:
     ✔ Dinners & Cooking Classes
     ✔ Workshops
     ✔ Classes (Yoga, Meditation, Movement, etc.)
     ✔ Private Wellbeing Appointments

Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
• Prices are listed in MXN (Mexican Pesos) unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
• Mini-Retreats will follow the Retreat Participant Terms & Conditions.
• Hidden Leaf Baja reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For rescheduling requests, please contact retreats@hiddenleafbaja.com as soon as possible.

Event Participation & Conduct

• Guests are expected to arrive on time for scheduled experiences.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience without a refund.
• We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment; disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
• For private wellbeing appointments, please follow the practitioner’s guidelines and disclose any medical concerns in advance.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

• By participating, guests acknowledge that wellness activities involve some level of personal risk, and Hidden Leaf Baja is not responsible for injuries or medical conditions that may arise.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings; Hidden Leaf Baja is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Certain outdoor experiences may be impacted by weather. In the event of cancellation due to weather, guests will be offered an alternative date or refund.
